One system you own.
Every number true.
One connected system for 8+ figure Amazon brands: every number reconciled, every automation running in the background. Built in months, not years.
Four leaks. One cause.
None of these is a tool problem. They are one systems problem: ten rented tools, none of them talking, and your team paid to fill the gaps by hand.
- Disjointed toolsThe numbers never agree.
Every tool holds its own version of the truth, and none of them sync. Somewhere in the middle sits a senior operator, copy-pasting between systems that were each supposed to save time.
- AI on pasted dataThe AI skipped row 400.
Big exports pasted into a chat window. The model skims, misses rows, and answers confidently anyway. The insight dies where it was typed.
- Subscription churnA new tool every week.
Another launch, another login, another line on the bill. Nobody can say which of it is best, and every month you pay more to own less.
- Busy ≠ productiveBusy, not productive.
Your sharpest people spend the week tuning workflows and babysitting automations, instead of moving the numbers the business actually runs on.
This is where it ends.

One system. Five layers.
This is the answer to the sprawl. Raw data lands once, passes a validation gate, and settles into a system of record you own. Every app downstream reads from answers, not exports.
- Marketplace API
- Ads API
- Settlements
- Inventory
- Search queries
Append-only, content-hashed. Replayable forever.
Schema · volume · reconciliation. Bad data never gets through.
fail → pagedTyped, contracted Postgres. In your account.
Dashboard · tasks · alerts.
Dashboards don’t run businesses. Loops do.
The loop runs per ASIN, continuously: detect, diagnose, task, act, learn. The AI here reads the validated system of record, never a pasted export, and every finding ships with its evidence. Your team keeps only the calls that need judgment.

70–80% runs on rules. The judgment calls go to a named human with the evidence attached. Every closed call teaches the next cycle.

Every brand. Every ASIN.
One screen you own.
The portfolio below (Aldermere Group, five brands) is invented. The system is exactly what we build: every number reconciled against an independent source, every brand one click from its ASINs, running on accounts in your name.

No single-source numbers.
Every metric reconciles against an independent source before it renders. Every finding ships with the evidence and a confidence level attached.

Outside tolerance → the number is hidden and someone is paged. A dashboard never shows a number that's failing its own check.

One name on the work.

Dorian Gorski has spent thirteen years inside Amazon conversion work on a data-science foundation: three thousand optimizations across two thousand-plus brands. Founder of Keplo, the CRO platform for 8-figure Amazon brands, and of Conversion Club, the community for brands becoming data driven.
At IdealSync he writes the architecture, runs the build, and signs the handover. The systems on this page are the ones he works in every day, not a deck.
Currently in build: connected operating systems for multiple 8-figure Amazon brands, including a European operator running seven brands across five marketplaces.

Questions, answered.
How is IdealSync different from Amazon SaaS tools like ChannelAdvisor or SellerApp?
Those are rented tools you log into. IdealSync builds one connected operational system that runs on your own accounts and data. You own the code, the database, and the pipes. When we hand over, nothing switches off.
What does it mean to own my Amazon operations system instead of renting it?
The system runs on infrastructure and API access in your name, not ours. You hold the data, the source code, and the credentials. There is no subscription that, if cancelled, takes your operations with it.
How do you reconcile Amazon ad spend, settlements, and inventory into one number?
Every metric is built from at least two independent sources and checked against each other before it is shown. Numbers that do not reconcile are flagged, not displayed. A figure on the dashboard is one you can act on.
Can it manage multiple Amazon brands and ASINs in one portfolio dashboard?
Yes. The cockpit rolls every brand and ASIN into one screen: revenue, units, TACoS, movers. Each brand is one click from its own detail. It is built for multi-brand portfolios.
How long does it take to build an owned Amazon operations system?
Months, not years. We work in stages: workshop, foundations, pipes, cockpit, operating loop, handover. A working demo runs against your own portfolio around week seven.
Who owns the data, code, and Amazon API accounts at handover?
You do. Accounts are set up in your name, you choose data residency, and you keep the code and the database. We build the system to walk away from. You are never locked in.
Is IdealSync a software product or a consultancy?
A studio. We do not sell a product you subscribe to; we design and build a connected system you own, then hand it over. The engagement is bespoke to your brand.
How do I qualify? What size brand, and how does the invitation work?
We work with 8+ figure Amazon brands and onboard a handful each year. Register interest and we will assess fit; if it is a match, we start with a workshop.
Can't I just paste my Amazon data into ChatGPT or Claude?
You can. And past a few hundred rows the model starts to skim, skip, and answer confidently anyway. The problem is the paste, not the AI. Here the model reads a validated system of record, and its output passes the same reconciliation checks as every other number before anyone acts on it.
A better AI model comes out every month. Will this system be obsolete in a year?
No. The system is model-agnostic by design: the data layer, the validation gates, and the workflows are yours and stable, and the AI engine inside them is swappable. When a better model ships, we swap the engine. You keep the system.
Will this replace my team?
It replaces the copy-paste, not the people. Most of the loop runs on rules in the background; the judgment calls are routed to named humans with the evidence attached. Your team spends the week on decisions that move revenue, not on running the machine.
